This ensures that you receive relevant, high-quality service and are referred to the most appropriate resources based on your needs. - TilousTIC offers services to organizations and groups, but does not provide direct support to individuals. Special rates apply depending on the type of organization you work for.
- TilousTIC is not a direct assistance service for people targeted by technology-facilitated violence.
- TilousTIC does not offer direct technical assistance, such as remotely connecting to your devices or accounts to try to resolve a situation.
- TilousTIC does not offer legal advice or counsel. It is important to consult specialized legal resources if you are seeking legal advice or counsel.
- TilousTIC offers ideas for courses of action and aims to simplify access to technological concepts in order to provide you with the tools you need to make decisions. TilousTIC recognizes that you are the experts in your own environments, so the decision to use or not use these tips to create your own solutions is entirely up to you.
- TilousTIC keeps the info you share during consultations private. Under no circumstances will personal or sensitive info shared by one organization be shared with another organization or group using my services.
